Barker  Reds ran into a worthy opponent against St Peters with a tight contest early in the game. Firsts ran out victors 33-17 with young flyhalf debutant Smerdon winning man of the match honours. 2nds battled hard but came up just short losing 8-5 and 16′s ran away with a convincing 36-0 win.
