This Saturday we play the strong Knox in our last home game for the season, an especially significant event for some year 12 parents and their sons playing their last game on the hallowed Barker College Oval.
We need every member of the Barker Rugby community present to cheer on our fast improving boys and hopefully bring back home the interschool Headmasters' trophy for most wins on the day.
A large crowd is expected for the local derby and we will need your help for the BBQ. We are running two BBQ's this week - one at Marks Pavilion and one in the Junior School car park to cater for the large spectators expected. The Boarder Parent's are "running" the Marks Pavilion BBQ as they traditionally have the last home game BBQ for their fund raising for the year. We hope to have enough of our willing and able parents to support the Border Parents and the Rugby Club BBQ's.
